We are currently partnering with a $3B household name who is on a tear right now, having exceeded the street's expectations for the past 8 quarters in a row. They are the only manufacturer with a complete integrated end to end solution across networking, mobility, application and desktop virtualization, and EUC - delivered in the cloud, on-prem, or hybrid. They've been recognized for many years in Gartner's magic quadrant across all of these segments, and are now riding the wave of the  hybrid-WAN explosion, becoming the first and only company in the industry to deliver ADC and SD-WAN capabilities in a single solution. Their networking market share has grown from 9% to 23% in the past 4 years, and they also have strategic partnerships with both Cisco & Microsoft's Azure team which is now selling this firm's mobility solutions as part of their cloud offering. Culturally, they have no politics, and people there like each other and support each other.

Their previous Networking SE in TN was recently promoted to SE Manager based on his success in this territory, which has traditionally been one of the highest performing in the country. As such, they are now looking to backfill his role by hiring another Networking-focused Presales SE in TN. This role covers the largest marquee customers in TN/AL/MS, including HCA, FedEx, International Paper, Hilton Hotels,  Nissan North America, Bridgestone, and many others. All of these customers already have some level of adoption with this firm's solutions, making it much easier to sell their networking offerings into those accounts. Also, their solutions tend to be very sticky, so once they get into accounts, they almost never leave. This SE will be partnered with a highly motivated and successful Sales Rep, and working for a Networking SE Manager who stands behind his people and supports them, with no micro-management. Networking SE's at this firm are paid a lucrative base salary + commissions with aggressive accelerators for over-achievement (both quarterly & annual). This is an opportunity to join a brand-recognized multi-billion dollar market leader as part of a great team selling a solution that customers love - the timing couldn't be better!
