We are currently partnering with the Data Protection & Availability Market Leader who is on pace to exceed $1B in revenue this year for the first time. While their competitors offer either a point based solution with a hardware appliance, or retrofit old school software for today's challenges, this company's software-only solution was built from the ground up to handle the next generation data centers of today that are highly virtualized and leverage the cloud. They already have over a quarter million existing customers, and continue to invest in bringing new products to market that enable them to protect any app, any data, and any cloud. Speaking of which, Cloud has been the fastest growing segment of their business the past 9 quarters, and reported 50% y/y growth in 2017. They are also very partner friendly, and have deep relationships w/ HP, Cisco, NTAP, IBM Cloud, Nutanix, and many other industry powerhouses, winning Partner of the Year from several of them.
They continue to invest heavily in growth, and have tripled their company headcount in the past 18 months. In order to continue building their momentum locally, they are hiring an Enterprise Presales Engineer to be home-based in the Denver Area. SE's are tied 1-to-1 with an Enterprise Sales Rep, and will work as a team to operate the territory like it's their own business. They are adding tons of SE's in the Americas right now, so there will be a natural career progression up to leadership available for top performers that have that ambition. SE's at this firm are paid a lucrative base salary with aggressive accelerators for over-achievement and unlimited upside potential, with their top SE's regularly W2-ing over $300k.
