    We are currently partnering with a $5B data management market leader that is a subsidiary of a $50B Global-100 powerhouse. They are extremely well positioned to ride the wave of several trends in the marketplace today, having revamped their entire solution portfolio, augmenting their traditional infrastructure offerings (which were already tops in performance vs their competitors, well priced, and well built) with additional solutions that address customers' needs across IoT, big data, analytics, cyber, fraud prevention, asset management, and security. Their analytics platform ingests both structured and unstructured data extremely fast from any data source (camera feeds, social media, sensor technology, cars, etc) and has had a massive positive impact for several of their large customers. They've recently added several key members to their leadership team to help scale the company to the next level, and the partner team has added numerous partners to create leverage with more feet on the street. They are also leading the industry in the area of social innovation. 

    In order to continue driving their transition to a 100% channel-centric organization, they are currently hiring a Sr. Director of Channel Sales for the West & Central US.  This role can be based in the Bay Area, Chicago, or TX, and will lead and scale a team of Channel Sales Managers dedicated to individual districts, as well as Cloud Service Provider partners. The company is west-coast based, so this highly visible sales leadership role will be the boots on the ground to help drive these changes with the executive team. Directors at this firm are compensated extremely well, including aggressive accelerators for over-achievement and a generous long-term incentive plan above and beyond their OTE. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected company with a great brand in the marketplace in a leadership role that can help move the needle for the entire organization - the timing couldn't be better!
