We are currently partnering with an enterprise software market leader who just had their biggest year in company history (over $3B in revenue), and their stock and market cap are near all time highs. They have successfully pivoted towards the cloud, and now 50% of total company revenue is coming from cloud-based solutions.
The Canadian sales team grew revenue by 40% last year (substantial for a company their size), and has re-invested heavily in additional resources to continue that trend this year. In order to build on this momentum, they are currently looking to hire another Enterprise Sales rep in Montreal (in addition to multiple Sales Reps in both Toronto & Calgary). Several of the accounts in the patch are existing customers at some level, with extensive up-selling and cloud conversion opportunities throughout. This role will have a low attainable quota, and reps have an aggressive accelerator plan for over-achievement (up to 4x multipliers).
