We are currently partnering with an enterprise software market leader who just had their biggest year in company history (over $3B in revenue), and their stock and market cap are near all time highs. They have successfully pivoted towards the cloud, and now 50% of total company revenue is coming from cloud-based solutions.
The Canadian sales team grew revenue by 40% last year (substantial for a company their size), and has re-invested heavily in additional resources to continue that trend this year. In order to build on this momentum, they are currently looking to hire several additional Sales Reps in both Toronto & Calgary. In Toronto, these span their Cloud Networking BU (which accounted for over $1B across the company last year), their Healthcare Team, and a few general territory hunter roles. In Calgary, they are looking to add a Major Account Manager largely focused on Oil & Gas enterprise customers. Several of the accounts in each of these patches are existing customers at some level, with extensive up-selling and cloud conversion opportunities throughout. These roles will have very low attainable quotas, and reps have an aggressive accelerator plan for over-achievement (up to 4x multipliers).
