We are currently partnering with a $3B household name who is on a tear right now, with their stock and market cap at all time highs. They've been recognized for many years in Gartner's magic quadrant across all of the segments they play in (application and desktop virtualization, networking, mobility, and EUC). Their software-first messaging is resonating with the marketplace, and a recent acquisition has given them additional capabilities to deliver a Secure Digital Perimeter for their customers. Culturally, they have no politics, and people there work as a team to win together without egos getting in the way.
The Great Lakes region has achieved 140-170% of goal the past few years, and has a great Sales Leader in place who empowers his reps to succeed. Going into 2019, they are looking to make an investment in growing their footprint within the Big-3 Automotive Manufacturers, and thus are looking to add a Strategic Account Manager home-based in the Detroit metro area to focus on that vertical. They already have a bit of installed base within a few of these accounts, but have a ton of opportunity to build on that based on their value-based story. Enterprise Reps at this firm are the account quarterbacks, with additional overlay teams, inside reps, and channel managers helping them knock down their number. The company is looking to make a long-term investment in this vertical, and is willing to pay someone a substantial base salary + MBO's to help them ramp up. Additionally, their commission plan has aggressive accelerators (up to 4x multipliers both quarterly & annually) and uncapped earning potential. This region alone will have multiple reps W2 between $500-700k, so they are not afraid to pay people.
