Their analytics platform ingests both structured and unstructured data extremely fast from any data source (camera feeds, social media, sensor technology, cars, etc) and has had a massive positive impact for several of their large customers. We recently helped them hire a GAM for the Air Force to scale that business to the next level, and they are now looking to hire another DOD Rep home-based in OH/IN to support Federal customers in the local geography. They will be joining an experienced team and have strong Pre-sales SE support, thus are willing to give someone who has Federal knowledge but not much direct sales experience a shot. Reps at this firm are compensated extremely well, including aggressive accelerators for over-achievement and various bonuses for net new logos and competitive take-outs. Several of their top Fed Reps regularly make $500k-$1M annually, so they are not afraid to pay people.
