They have successfully pivoted towards the cloud, and now more than 50% of total company revenue is coming from cloud-based solutions.
The Federal team has had a tremendous year, with 5 out of 16 reps earning over $700K, including 3 reps around $1M. In order to build on this momentum, they are looking to hire a few additional enterprise reps to focus on DHA & DOJ/State. This person would be the account quarterback, with a team of resources available (Sales Overlays, Inside Sales Rep, Presales SE) to help them exceed goal. Sales Reps at this company are paid a lucrative base salary with an aggressive accelerator plan for over-achievement, and they are not afraid to pay people their commissions without any type of battle.
