We are currently partnering with a $5B data management market leader that is a subsidiary of a $80B Global-100 powerhouse, ranking as one of the 10 largest IT companies in the world. They are extremely well positioned to ride the wave of several trends in the marketplace today, augmenting their traditional infrastructure offerings (which were already tops in performance vs their competitors, well priced, and well built) with additional solutions that address customers' needs across IoT, big data, analytics, cyber, fraud prevention, asset management, and security. Their analytics platform ingests both structured and unstructured data extremely fast from any data source (camera feeds, social media, sensor technology, cars, etc) and has had a massive positive impact for several of their large customers. IoT and data analytics solutions are the biggest emerging area for them right now, and these needs are exploding for government agencies. The Federal organization is its own separate entity with its own independent board of directors, so they are able to make changes as needed and be more agile than their competitors.
They are on an impressive growth trajectory, and are investing heavily in growing the DOD/IC sales team. We recently helped them bring on a few other Sr. Sales Reps for the Air Force & Navy/USMC, as well as a TS-cleared PhD-credentialed Data Scientist. In order to continue building on this momentum, they are now looking to hire additional Sr. Sales Reps to focus on Socom out of Tampa, as well as CIA & NSA. They have their own facilities clearance (we also placed their FSO), and are able to carry ts/sci clearances. Also, nearly all of their products are ICD-503 compliant, so they don't need to go through any certification testing. Reps at this firm are compensated extremely well, including aggressive accelerators for over-achievement and various bonuses for net new logos and competitive take-outs. Several of their top Fed Reps regularly make $500k-$1M annually, so they are not afraid to pay people.
