We are currently partnering with a $3B household name who is on a tear right now, having exceeded the street's expectations for the past 8 quarters in a row and their stock near an all time high. They are the only manufacturer with a complete integrated end to end solution across application and desktop virtualization, networking, mobility, and EUC - delivered in the cloud, on-prem, or hybrid. They've been recognized for many years in Gartner's magic quadrant across all of these segments, and their networking business in the US grew 28% last year, taking market share from their top competitors. Their software-first messaging is resonating with the marketplace, and a recent acquisition has given them additional capabilities to deliver a Secure Digital Perimeter for their customers. Specific to Mobility, our client just announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft's Azure team which is now selling this firm's mobility solutions as part of their cloud offering. Culturally, they have no politics, and people there like each other and support each other.
In order to build on this momentum, they are currently looking to hire a Senior Enterprise Sales Rep to cover the Federal Financials. This rep would be paired up with a strong SE, and have have several reference-able accounts including IRS, SEC, Treasury Dept, Commerce, Census Bureau, and NOAA. This territory did 160% of plan last year and the previous rep made over $500k the last 5 years straight. Enterprise Reps at this firm are the account quarterbacks, with additional overlay teams, inside reps, and channel managers helping them knock down their number. Reps at this firm are paid a lucrative salary + commissions with aggressive accelerators (up to 5x multipliers both quarterly & annually) and uncapped earning potential. Their top Federal reps typically W2 around 7-figures, so they are not afraid to pay people.
