We are currently partnering with a $5B data management market leader that is a subsidiary of a $80B Global-100 powerhouse, ranking as one of the 10 largest IT companies in the world. They are extremely well positioned to ride the wave of several trends in the marketplace today, augmenting their traditional infrastructure offerings with additional solutions across IoT, big data, and data analytics. Their analytics platform ingests both structured and unstructured data extremely fast from any data source. Also, nearly all of their products are ICD-503 compliant, so they don't need to go through any certification testing. The Federal organization is its own separate entity with its own independent board of directors, so they are able to make changes as needed and be more agile than their competitors.
In order to continue building on this momentum, they are now looking to hire a Federal Sales Director focused on acquisition/investment accounts. This sales leader will be managing a team across all of Federal including Civilian, DOD, and Intel. They have their own facilities clearance (we also placed their FSO), and are able to carry ts/sci clearances. Sales reps and Directors at this firm are compensated extremely well, including aggressive accelerators for over-achievement and various bonuses for net new logos and competitive take-outs. Their top two Fed Reps last year earned over $1M, so they are not afraid to pay people.
