We are currently partnering with an insanely high growth cybersecurity startup who in the past year has grown from 18 to 57 employees, from 6 to 66 customers, and 10x in annual revenue. They solve a problem that every customer has around cybersecurity asset management, and they do it in a way that's very easy for the customer to understand and adopt. They also have no material competition, so it's an incredible green field opportunity. They've won many prestigious awards from the likes of RSA, CNBC, Forbes, and SC Magazine. They recently received a substantial Series B funding round, so have plenty of cash in the bank to invest in additional expansion.
The company recently hired their first VP of Federal who brought two reps in with him. They are now looking to hire their first Federal Presales SE to help scale the Federal business. They are about to win their first Federal deal at DISA, which gives them street cred to operate anywhere in Fed. There is no need for FedRAMP certification as that only applies to SaaS, whereas this solution is a tool. They are willing to pay for top talent, so compensation will be competitive and uncapped. There will also be a pre-IPO equity play as well. Beyond that, this first Federal SE hire will be in the driver's seat to become the Federal SE Manager down the road as they continue to scale (which they are clearly doing very rapidly!)
