We are currently partnering with an enterprise software market leader who just had their biggest quarter and year in company history, and their stock and market cap at all time highs. They have successfully pivoted towards the cloud, and now 50% of total company revenue is coming from cloud-based solutions.
In order to build on this momentum, they are currently looking to hire multiple roles based in Atlanta:
- Enterprise Sales – This role will be covering some of the largest named accounts in Atlanta, including Coca Cola, Macy’s, Delta, Chick-Fil-A, etc. They have realistic quotas and aggressive accelerators with uncapped earning potential. In 2018, the top rep in this region W2’d over $800K, and the top rep on the East Coast W2’d over $1.6M. They are not afraid to pay people.
- Commercial Sales - The US Commercial sales team ranked as the #1 area in the Americas for 2018. Their current commercial sales rep in Atlanta finished over 150% of plan last year and was one of the top commercial reps in the country. They are currently looking to hire another Commercial Sales Rep based in the Atlanta Metro area. This is a locally focused role where nearly all the accounts are in and around Atlanta, so very little outside travel. Several of the accounts in the patch are existing customers at some level, with extensive up-selling and cloud conversion opportunities throughout.
- Area Director - They are also looking to hire a Sales Director to lead the commercial sales team in the Southeast. The VP gives his directors space to express their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to grow their business. That said, he personally led this region before being promoted, and this team has always been over plan.
