We are currently partnering with a $3B household name who is on a tear right now, having exceeded the street's expectations for the past 8 quarters in a row and their stock near an all time high. They are the only manufacturer with a complete integrated end to end solution across application and desktop virtualization, networking, mobility, and EUC - delivered in the cloud, on-prem, or hybrid. They've been recognized for many years in Gartner's magic quadrant across all of these segments, and their networking business in the US grew 28% last year, taking market share from their top competitors. Their software-first messaging is resonating with the marketplace, and a recent acquisition has given them additional capabilities to deliver a Secure Digital Perimeter for their customers. Specific to Mobility, our client just announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft's Azure team which is now selling this firm's mobility solutions as part of their cloud offering. Culturally, they have no politics, and people there like each other and support each other.
In order to continue building on their momentum, they are looking to hire a Field Sales Rep home-based in AL/MS to cover a local territory. They already have several well established accounts in the patch (BCBS of AL, Protective Life, Hexagon, UAB-Huntsville, Cadence Bank, B.L. Harbert, DCH, etc) as well as a ton of white space still available to hunt in. Field reps have numerous resources at their disposal, including a territory manager to help with lead gen, an inside sales rep to run the ball on the smallest accounts, a fantastic SE in the territory who is one of the nicest and hardest working people you will ever meet, as well as numerous sales overlays- all dedicated to helping this individual take down a very reasonable quota. Reps at this firm are paid a lucrative salary + commissions with aggressive accelerators (up to 4x multipliers both quarterly & annually) and uncapped earning potential. Their top reps typically W2 7-figures, so they are not afraid to pay people.
