The TOLA Commercial region finished #1 or 2 in the country for both 2017 and 2018, and is led by a great Sales Director who's been there close to a decade. The existing commercial rep in Houston was the top commercial rep in the US in 2017, and continued that success by hitting 120% of his 2018 quota. In order to build on this momentum locally, they continue to receive investment headcount, and are currently looking to add another Commercial Sales Rep based in the Houston Metro area to cover a fertile territory. Reps at this firm are the account quarterbacks, with additional overlay teams, inside reps, and channel managers helping them knock down their number. They are paid a lucrative salary + commissions with aggressive accelerators (up to 4x multipliers both quarterly & annually) and uncapped earning potential.
