Specific to Mobility, our client has a strategic partnership with Microsoft's Azure team which is now selling this firm's mobility solutions as part of their cloud offering. The company is investing heavily in Public Sector, and the Central/West SLED Sales team is already at plan for the year. To continue building on this momentum, they are now hiring a Field Sales Manager- SLG to be home-based in the Midwest. This role will have a very low attainable goal, so ample opportunity to over-achieve. Also, they will have their own SE, in addition to a couple of core rep/SE teams in Chicago and TX also selling networking solutions into their accounts. Everyone is double comped, so this person will have an entire team helping them take down their number. Reps at this firm are paid a lucrative salary + commissions with aggressive accelerators (up to 4x multipliers both quarterly & annually) and uncapped earning potential. The public sector team will have multiple reps W2 between $500-1M, so they are not afraid to pay people.
