We are currently partnering with a recognized market leader in the data center infrastructure space that manufactures intelligent PDU's that are clearly differentiated from their competitors. As a $250M division of a $6B parent company, they are stable and on sound financial footing. They boast a world class client roster including all of the large hyperscale accounts: Facebook ($16M last yr), Google ($13M last yr), LinkedIn ($8M last yr), Invidia ($6M last yr), Salesforce ($6M every yr).
This team has consistently achieved double digit revenue growth each of the past 7 years. In order to continue building on this momentum, they are looking to hire another Enterprise Sales Rep home-based in the Bay Area. This rep will inherit a lucrative territory with existing accounts such as VMware, Box, Netflix, Tesla, Sutter Health, Cray, and Williams Sonoma. Geographically speaking, it's a local territory requiring very little overnight travel. They have realistic attainable quotas, as evidenced by 70% of the reps exceeding goal on average. They also have a quarterly accelerator plan that allows reps to exceed their OTE even if they don't hit their annual number.
