We are partnering with a $1.5B National Systems Integrator that is currently pivoting towards services being their main revenue/profit driver, something their executive leadership team has been successful doing before. They provide solutions and managed services around both Data Center (Storage, Virtualization, Compute, HCI, Hybrid/Private Cloud) and Networking (SDN, SD-WAN, Route/Switch, UC, Wireless/Mobility). Being headquartered in TX, the company has a very strong presence and reputation in the TOLA area, with offices in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Tulsa, and New Orleans, as well as Chicago. They have several large recognizable customers, including American Airlines, Exxon Mobil, Occidental Petroleum, NRG, Toshiba, Samsung, Clear Channel, AMD, HEB, Chickasaw Nation, Williams Companies, and many others.
Based on the volume of large enterprise deals they have been closing, they are expanding their PS team and looking to hire a Virtualization EUC Architect based in the DFW metro area. Several of these deals will involve designing, architecting and helping deliver solutions for 10-20k seat rollouts. For someone who is ambitious and wants to further their career with getting VCDX-certified, the size/scope of these projects would be ideal for writing a VCDX-level design. This firm will happily sponsor that effort! They partner with most of the industry's top players (Dell/EMC, NTAP, HPE, Cisco, VMware, Citrix, and others), and offer their engineers all-you-can-eat training and funding for advanced certifications from these firms. They also take really good care of their people, buy them brand new macbooks, and sponsor them to attend (and potentially speak at) conferences like VMworld. If you enjoy working for an organization with a great local reputation, home-field advantage, and an emphasis on personal and professional development, this could be a great fit for you!
