In order to build on this momentum, they are currently looking to hire a few additional Networking Sales Specialists in the Atlanta area. One territory will be covering the 20 largest Enterprise Accounts in Atlanta (Home Depot, Delta, Etrade, etc) and the other is covering a White Space territory focused more on net new logo hunting. These individuals will have low attainable quotas with existing pipeline they are walking into. They will also have a tenured SE team supporting their efforts, and multiple levels of locally based sales leadership to help them close deals. Networking Specialists at this company are paid a lucrative base salary with an aggressive accelerator plan for over-achievement. Their top Networking Specialists regularly W2 close to 7-figures, so they are not afraid to pay people.
